The 2026 Solidarity fund supports work in contact with the elderly to improve everyday safety and involvement, especially among older people living at home.

Domestic help is a network of helpers that makes it possible to give help to individuals in situations they can solve.
Domestic help provides assistance to Finns and people living in Finland who are in vulnerable situations, regardless of their origin, religion or political beliefs.
The local aid work activity funded through Domestic help is carried out by the diaconal workers of the Evangelical Lutheran parishes of Finland. The help reaches those in need through diaconal workers, from person to person.
Domestic help is part of the Kirkkopalvelut ry activities. Kirkkopalvelut ry is a provider of wellbeing and educational services, a charitable organisation, and a national cooperation and service organisation for parishes and Christian organisations.
