Information about the clubs

In early childhood education clubs, children explore and learn through play and creative activities.

What do children do in the clubs?

The clubs that belong to early childhood education are the day club, the toddler club and the four-day club. The goal of the early childhood education clubs is to promote children’s holistic growth, development, and learning, as well as to support Christian upbringing at home. The activities during a club day vary depending on the children’s ages and interests.

Toddler's club

The toddler’s club is an early childhood education club for children under 2 years old. The groups meet once a week for two hours at a time.

Day club

The day club is an early childhood education club for children 2-5 years old. The groups meet two times a week.

The four-day day club is for children ages 3–5. The four-day day club is primarily intended for children who attend all four days of the week.

Price and registration

Early childhood education is free of charge if any of the child’s guardians is a member of the evangelical lutheran church.

For the children whose guardians are not members of the evangelical lutheran church, the clubs require a fee:

  • €15 for participants attending once a week.
  • €30 for participants attending twice a week.
  • €45 for participants attending thrice a week.
  • €60 for participants attending four times a week.

The tuition fee is always charged per child and is due once during the spring semester and once during the fall semester.

Enrollment for early childhood education clubs is ongoing.

Instructors

The clubs are led by childcare workers who have earned a vocational degree in early childhood education from the church.

Register to the early childhood clubs

The daycare and toddler's club have an ongoing registration period. Club spots are filled as soon as they become available. We will be in contact with you after the registration.
