Camps
The Seinäjoki Parish organizes camps for school-aged children at Lankari in Nurmo, Ahoniemi in Peräseinäjoki, and Honkiniemi in Ähtäri.
Information about the camps
Participants may attend one camp per camp season.
Prices and registration
Camp periods are spring (January to May), summer (June to July), and autumn (August to December). Participants may attend one camp per camp period.
Prices for camps and camp days vary depending on the camp. You can ask the staff member in charge of the camp about payment arrangements or reductions. Registration for camps must be done in advance through the online form.
What do children do at camps?
The program for camps and camp days includes playing, singing, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, meals, games and church worship.
Instructors
Youth workers from the church act as instructors at camps, together with young volunteers.
Boys’ Camp at Honkiniemi (Grades 1-6)

A weekend camp for fathers and sons (approximately grades 1-6) at Honkiniemi, 11-13 September 2026. During the weekend, participants will enjoy outdoor activities, activity stations, crafts, meals, sauna, quiet moments, and spending quality time together.
Camp fee:
- Father: €42
- Son: €32
More detailed information about the camp will be provided in the camp information letter. The letter, payment link, and participant card will be sent by email approximately one week before the camp. Please make sure that your email address is correct.
The camp fee includes the full camp programme, meals, and transportation.
