We are here to support the students
The parish at Seinäjoki university of applied sciences support students’ overall well-being through the challenges of their studies and daily life. You can meet the student chaplain in group sessions or at free coffee events at Sedu. You can talk to the student chaplain of anything that is weighing on your mind.
Confidential and free consultations provide a safe space for reflection. Please schedule an appointment in advance. You can get instructions on how to schedule an appointment from your educational institution.

A Book Club for Students and Young Adults
The book club at Kismus is open to students and young adults. The books are chosen based on the interests of the participants, and discussions take place in a relaxed atmosphere over a cup of tea. No literary expertise is required.
You are welcome to join even if you have not read the book of the month.
No advance registration is required.

The facilities of Youth Café Kismus (Kalevankatu 12 B, Seinäjoki) are reserved for students and young adults on Tuesdays from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Student Evenings are open to everyone, and you are welcome to join whenever your schedule allows. The evenings focus on relaxed socialising, and sometimes participants cook together. There is also an opportunity to learn and practise knitting.
No advance registration is required.

Take a Breather Evenings

Take a Breather Evenings are designed especially for young and young adult women who would appreciate a moment to pause, relax, and find refreshment in the midst of everyday life.
Each evening includes a variety of activities and guest speakers, evening coffee, and concludes with a short devotional.
